Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In the event that an item is mispriced, Crossroads may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Crossroads does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. User Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL CROSSROADS OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, VENDORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE CROSSROADS WEB SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, WORK STOPPAGE, ACCURACY OF RESULTS, OR COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF CROSSROADS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 1. The Service The Service offers downloads of digitized versions of audio and video recordings and information relating to such audio and video recordings, and other content (individually and collectively, “Digital Content”) and other services under the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
2. Digital Content
2.1 License. Upon your payment of our fees for Digital Content, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use.
2.2 Restrictions. You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other use restricted in this Section 2.2. You agree not to infringe the rights of the Digital Content’s copyright owners and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content. Except as set forth in Section 2.1 above, you agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content. You are not granted any promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction or distribution rights for the Digital Content. You acknowledge that the Digital Content embodies the intellectual property of a third party and is protected by law.
2.2.1. Exception to Restrictions for Radio Personnel. If you are on staff at a physical or online radio station and have a DJ/Media account, you are exempt from the “any promotional use” clause in §2.2. You are permitted and encouraged to use downloaded files for radio airplay purposes only. The remainder of the clauses in §2.2 still apply.
2.2.2. Exception to Restrictions for Recipients of Digital Review Copies. If you operate a print or online music publication and have a DJ/Media account, you are permitted and encouraged to download files for digital review copy purposes only. If a writer for your publication other than the Crossroads DJ/Media account holder will be writing the review, you are permitted to transfer the downloaded mp3s of the project being reviewed to that individual. The remainder of the clauses in §2.2 still apply.
2.3 Explicit Content. You agree that we have no liability to you for Digital Content you find to be offensive, indecent or objectionable.
2.4 All Sales Final; Downloading and Risk of Loss; Availability of Digital Content. All sales of Digital Content are final. We do not accept returns of Digital Content. Once you have purchased Digital Content, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it. If you are unable to complete a download after having reviewed our online help resources, please contact Crossroads customer service. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash. We may, from time to time, remove Digital Content from the Service without notice.
3. Reservation of Rights Except for the rights explicitly granted to you in this Agreement, all right, title and interest in the Service and the Digital Content are reserved and retained by us and our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Software or Digital Content as a result of downloading Digital Content.
4.1 Termination; Amendments. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In case of such termination, you must cease all use of the Digital Content, and we may immediately revoke your access to the Service without notice to you and without refund of any fees. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights. We may amend any of this Agreement’s terms at our sole discretion by posting the revised terms on the Service’s website. Your continued use of the Service or the Digital Content after any such amendment’s effective date evidences your agreement to be bound by it.
4.2 Third-Party Beneficiaries. Digital Content copyright owners are intended third-party beneficiaries under this Agreement and may enforce this Agreement against you.
Information Collection and Use
Crossroads is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, age verification, and payment information such as your credit card number. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items.
In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first complete the registration form. During registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, age verification, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. This information is used to provide you with important Crossroads services such as automated order status updates via e-mail.
Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. See the Security section below for more details on security measures and procedures. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties, except those specified in the Sharing section of this policy.
We customize certain Web page content based upon your browser type and other information provided by our cookie. If you choose to reject the cookie, you can still browse our store but will be unable to use the shopping cart to buy merchandise.
